Hire Guns – The Jagged Edge 1.0 is a turn based strategy game that lets the gamer assume the role of a squad of specialists for hire.
The game features 150 upgrade-able weapons to crush the enemies. The user could ally with up to 4 different factions for bonuses. There are 30 different mercenaries, who can be hired, with various specialties. The game also features realistic physics with the ability to destroy everything along the way. Different territories can be gained using brains, brawn or cold and hard cash. The game has various storylines and multiple endings.
The aim of the user is to stop a dictator on the west coast of Africa. The user gets a chance to plan his/her operation and lead the team to a defined location on the map. The game includes many action points that can be used for shooting, running, changing weapons or further actions. There are five hostile fractions in the African country. The user needs strategy; tactics and real-time team accomplish the missions. Each of the body zone hit probability varies for every aim along with a varying degree of damage. The gamer could experience a great game play due to the story and graphics. |
